The Crewe players were treated to a great training session at Spirit Health Club which saw them work hard and play hard. With a tough hours session set out for them at the gym the Crewe lads got to work in anticipation of a bit of relaxation after the hard graft.
It was into the swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi after to sooth the tired preseason muscles!!
